On the first screen of this form, there is a place where you can enter an extra dollar amount to donate to our band. You will receive a separate tax receipt if you add a donation to your order. We are not charged any fees to process your donation, so we will receive every penny you donate to our band! Thank you for your support! We appreciate all of you!

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT:
Also, on the second screen, there is a dropdown option in the Summary section where you can donate money to Zeffy (the company we use for our online payments and donations). Please be advised we do not receive any money from that donation, so make sure to adjust that option before you push pay. It automatically has a dollar amount selected, so you will need to select "Other" in the dropdown and type 0 in as the contribution if you do not wish to donate to Zeffy.
